Analyse stratégique des entreprises publiques : Cas de la Poste de Côte d'Ivoire (PCI)

Abstract

La présente recherche explore la situation de la Poste de Côte d’Ivoire au plan stratégique au regard de la situation particulièrement difficile qu’elle rencontre sur ses différents marchés. Dans ce cadre, son objectif est d’effectuer une analyse stratégique de cette organisation. Pour ce faire, le mode d’investigation qualitatif est retenu. Des entretiens semi-dirigés son menés avec seize membres de l’effectif. Il resort des résultats que le fonctionnement de la PCI doit être amélioré. En outre, les ressources et competence dont elle dispose ne sont pas adaptées à l’évolution de ses marchés. Enfin, l’environnement externe des différents marchés de la PCI doit être mieux régulé et doit gagner en maturité. Faisant suite à ces résultats, nous avons émis quelques recommandations aux dirigeants de la PCI et aux politiques en vue d’un management stratégique et une gouvernance plus efficace de cette entreprise.
