Abstract

В условиях быстроменяющейся бизнес-среды, обусловленной цифровой трансформацией, гибкие методологии управления проектами, такие как Agile, Scrum и Kanban, приобретают всё большую популярность. Данное исследование направлено на анализ влияния этих методик на адаптивность организаций, их способность оперативно реагировать на изменения рынка и внедрять инновации. В частности, статья рассматривает, каким образом применение гибких подходов способствует улучшению коммуникации внутри команд, повышению вовлеченности сотрудников и эффективности проектной деятельности. Кроме того, акцентируется внимание на ключевых барьерах, связанном с сопротивлением изменениям в организациях, и предлагаются практические рекомендации для их преодоления. Исследование иллюстрирует, как внедрение гибких методологий в традиционные бизнес-процессы становится возможным через систему обучения, создание поддержки со стороны руководства и адаптацию корпоративной культуры. В результате можно сделать вывод о том, что гибкие методологии не только повышают успешность реализации проектов, но и способствуют повышению конкурентоспособности компаний в условиях цифровых изменений.

In a rapidly changing business environment driven by digital transformation, agile project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban are gaining popularity. This study aims to analyze the impact of these methodologies on organizations' adaptability, their ability to respond quickly to market changes and innovate. In particular, the paper examines how the use of agile approaches helps to improve communication within teams, increase employee engagement and improve the effectiveness of project activities. It also focuses on the key barriers associated with resistance to change in organizations and offers practical recommendations for overcoming them. The study illustrates how the introduction of agile methodologies into traditional business processes is made possible through a system of training, creating support from management and adapting corporate culture. As a result, it can be concluded that agile methodologies not only increase the success of project implementation, but also contribute to the competitiveness of companies in the context of digital change.
