This Zenodo entry provides detailed information accompanying the publication "A Novel Alpha-Synuclein G14R Missense Variant is Associated with Atypical Neuropathological Features." It includes the following: A comprehensive Key Resource Table listing all datasets, software, and protocols used in the cryo-EM analysis of in vitro grown alpha-synuclein fibrils. An Excel file containing tabular data on the protofilament distribution of WT and G14R alpha-synuclein filaments. XML files with tabular data for the FSC (Fourier Shell Correlation) graphs of each density map used to determine the final resolution. These were generated using RELION 4.0.
