This Zenodo entry provides detailed information accompanying the publication "A Novel Alpha-Synuclein G14R Missense Variant is Associated with Atypical Neuropathological Features." It includes the following: A comprehensive Key Resource Table listing all datasets, software, and protocols used in the cryo-EM analysis of in vitro grown alpha-synuclein fibrils. An Excel file containing tabular data on the protofilament distribution of WT and G14R alpha-synuclein filaments. XML files with tabular data for the FSC (Fourier Shell Correlation) graphs of each density map used to determine the final resolution. These were generated using RELION 4.0. Two Python scripts used to create graphs from the FSC XML data, enabling detailed visualization of the resolution determination. For further details or questions, please refer to the publication or contact the corresponding authors.
