This article examines how appropriate nurse staffing levels influence various aspects of patient care, including patient safety, recovery rates, and overall satisfaction. By analyzing current research, best practices, and policy implications, it highlights the need for evidence-based staffing models that optimize care delivery while minimizing adverse outcomes. Safe staffing ratios are essential in preventing nurse burnout, reducing medical errors, and enhancing patient-provider communication.
