This zenodo archive provides datasets associated with the "Climate Change Evolution Experiment" from a common garden on Stanford University's campus at the Carnegie Instituion for Science from 2021-2022. This common garden had 22,723 individual Arabidopsis thaliana plants derived from 248 accession from the 1001 Genomes Consortium and 103 F2 crosses from the François Vasseur Lab. We grew the selected accessions and lines in a common garden with 14 precipitation treatments that vary in both frequency and abundance. Included in this archive are lists of the selected 248 ecotypes and the 103 F2 crosses. Additionally, archived here is a dataset of all individuals planted in the experiment, their unique location in the tray and field, and the precipitation treatment they experienced.
