Transcriptome and Flow Cytometry data files for "Bioengineering the metabolic network of CAR T-cells with GLP-1 and Urolithin A increases persistence and long-term anti-tumor activity"

Abstract

This repository contains the following data: 1) RNA_Sequencing_Data zip file: This contains In-House data and Public Dataset_Analysed files. a) In-House data- RNA Sequencing Raw (FASTQ) and Processed data files from five different conditions of CAR T cells, designed to explore the impact of various treatments on gene expression. The conditions include: · Vehicle Control (VEH) · Semaglutide Treated (SG) · Urolithin A Treated (UrA) · Combination of Semaglutide and Urolithin A Treated (SG+UrA) · GLP-1 Treated (nGLP-1) The dataset provides raw and processed gene expression data for these various conditions, which could potentially be used in immunotherapy research and therapeutic optimization. b) Public Dataset_Analysed files- Transcriptome analysis files for Public dataset with GEO Accession number- GSE168940. 2) FACS Data zip file: Raw flow cytometry data collected from various experimental conditions, as presented in the main and supplementary figures. Included are: Raw flow cytometry files (FCS format) for reproducibility and reanalysis. This dataset supports a range of applications, including immunophenotyping and functional analyses.
