Abstract

The article examines one of the little–studied issues of the Nazi occupation policy - the situation of Soviet prisoners of war in concentration camps operating on the territory of Sevastopol in 1943-1944. The archival documents used by the author and the memories of eyewitnesses confirm the facts of ill-treatment, problems with sanitary and medical care, food, and high mortality.
