Abstract

Veel organisaties zitten middenin de digitale transitie: van hun collecties en van hun interne processen. Dat geldt ook voor de KB. Verlies daarbij de medewerkers niet uit het oog, concludeert stagiaire Anna Naumova, die onderzoek deed bij de nationale bibliotheek. Menselijke duurzaamheid moet evengoed op de agenda. Dit artikel is oorspronkelijk verschenen in IP Vakblad voor Informatieprofessionals.
