Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the state in protecting consumer rights and its economic impact. The main tasks of the state, including creating legal norms, establishing market regulation, providing consumers with information, developing cooperation with public organizations, and ensuring the safety and fairness of market participants, are of great importance. The protection of consumer rights creates opportunities for economic stability, promotes competition, supports innovation, and fosters overall economic growth. The article also discusses the economic efficiency and long-term impact of the regulatory actions taken by the state.
