Cryopreservation of Human Gametes and Embryos – Life … on Demand

Abstract

Cryotechnologies arose on the basis of deep fundamental cryobiological studies have found wide practical application in infertility treatment by assisted reproductive technologies. We have summarized our own experience, as well as the results of experimental and theoretical works of native and foreign scientists. The monograph presents a modern approach for cryopreservation of reproductive cells, tissues and preimplantation of human embryos.

Keywords

apoptosis, oocytes, DNA, cryopreservation, sperm, embryos
