This report sums up the work done during the development phase of a prototype of the online application described in the “MEGA Project: Blueprint and Proof of Concept Design” report. The aim has been to make a prototype that (a) illustrates a solution for students, (b) shows how institutions can use the online application to manage Erasmus+ grant payments, and (c) shows that the APIs described in the report can be used to communicate with external systems. A mock-up of a financial payment system has been made to illustrate the use of some of these APIs. The Million of Erasmus Grants (MEGA) project aims to streamline the management of Erasmus + grants at the university level and develop a digital tool to ensure accurate and timely payment of grants to students, considering national and local contexts of Higher Education Institutions throughout the Erasmus grant process.
