Abstract

La gestión de devoluciones de mercancías, o logística inversa, se ha convertido en un tema central en el contexto del comercio moderno, especialmente debido a la creciente preocupación por la sostenibilidad y la experiencia del cliente. Este artículo tiene como objetivo explorar las prácticas y estrategias involucradas en la gestión de retornos. Para lograr este objetivo, se realizó una revisión de la literatura pertinente, analizando las aportaciones de varios autores sobre la logística inversa, la comunicación de las políticas de devolución, el papel de la tecnología y la formación de los empleados. La metodología incluida incluyó un análisis cualitativo de los enfoques teóricos y prácticos presentados en los estudios revisados. Los resultados indican que la gestión eficaz de los beneficios no solo minimiza los costes, sino que también puede ser una fuente de innovación y mejora continua. En conclusión, el artículo destaca la importancia de un enfoque integrado y sostenible para la gestión de pérdidas. Las empresas que implementan prácticas efectivas en este campo no solo cumplen con las expectativas de los consumidores, sino que también fortalecen su posición competitiva en el mercado, convirtiendo los desafíos en oportunidades de crecimiento e innovación.

A gestão de devoluções de mercadorias, ou logística reversa, tornou-se um tema central no contexto do comércio moderno, especialmente devido à crescente preocupação com a sustentabilidade e a experiência do cliente. Este artigo tem como objetivo explorar as práticas e estratégias envolvidas na gestão de devoluções. Para atingir esse objetivo, foi realizada uma revisão da literatura pertinente, analisando contribuições de diversos autores sobre a logística reversa, a comunicação de políticas de devolução, o papel da tecnologia e a capacitação dos colaboradores. A metodologia incluída incluiu uma análise qualitativa das abordagens teóricas e práticas apresentadas nos estudos revisados. Os resultados indicam que uma gestão eficaz das vantagens não apenas minimiza custos, mas também pode ser uma fonte de inovação e melhoria contínua. Em conclusão, o artigo ressalta a importância de uma abordagem integrada e sustentável na gestão de perdas. As empresas que implementam práticas eficazes nesse campo não apenas atendem às expectativas dos consumidores, mas também fortalecem sua posição competitiva no mercado, transformando desafios em oportunidades de crescimento e inovação.

Goods returns management, or reverse logistics, has become a central theme in the context of modern commerce, especially due to the growing concern for sustainability and customer experience. This article aims to explore the practices and strategies involved in returns management. To achieve this objective, a review of the pertinent literature was carried out, analyzing contributions from several authors on reverse logistics, the communication of return policies, the role of technology and the training of employees. The methodology included included a qualitative analysis of the theoretical and practical approaches presented in the reviewed studies. The results indicate that effective management of benefits not only minimizes costs, but can also be a source of innovation and continuous improvement. In conclusion, the article highlights the importance of an integrated and sustainable approach to loss management. Companies that implement effective practices in this field not only meet consumer expectations but also strengthen their competitive position in the market, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.
