
Abstract Stunting is a health problem that is a national priority. North Bolaang Mongondow Regency faces significant challenges in handling stunting due to limited resources and coordination between institutions. This research aims to analyze the implementation of stunting management policies in this region using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research results show that the success of policy implementation is influenced by communication factors, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This study also provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of stunting management programs through a community-based approach and strengthening cross-sector collaboration.
