Abstract

Hozirgi kunda tashkilotlarning samarali faoliyat yuritishi, ularning maqsad va natijalariga erishishi uchun strategik rejalashtirish va byudjetlashtirish muhim o‘rin tutadi. Byudjetlashtirish faqatgina moliyaviy resurslarni taqsimlash emas, balki tashkilotning uzun muddatli maqsadlari, faoliyat samaradorligi va natijalariga erishish uchun strategik vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi. Bu jarayonlar orqali tashkilotlar resurslarni samarali boshqarishga, o‘z faoliyatini monitoring qilishga va kerakli o‘zgarishlarni amalga oshirishga imkon yaratadi.
