ПЕРЕХОД СТЕКЛО — КРИСТАЛЛ В КЕРАМИКЕ Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox

Abstract

Высокотемпературные сверхпроводники Bi2Sr2Can-1CunOx могут быть получены путем кристаллизации стеклообразного материала, однако отсутствует соответствие составов исходного стекла и кристалла [1]. Одна из причин такого несоответствия — различие структур аморфных и кристаллических модификаций Bi-керамик, Учитывая сложность их химического состава, трудно надеяться на успешное сопоставление структур стекла и кристалла методами дифракции рентгеновских лучей.
