Developed scientific analysis and visualization tools for the COMFOCUS Toolbox leveraging explainable ML techniques to help food consumer researchers visualize data analysis and understand ML model decisions. Two tools have been created: one integrates data into the COMFOCUS Knowledge Graph (COMFOCUS-KG) for interoperability, while the other focuses on textual data analysis. Both tools are implemented as Jupyter Notebooks, enabling user-friendly data analysis workflows. Data for testing them can be requested from the COMFOCUS community.
