Abstract

En la era digital, el marketing de contenidos se ha vuelto una estrategia clave para atraer, involucrar y retener clientes, y es fundamental para los profesionales de la Gestión Estratégica del Marketing Digital. Esta unidad se centra en las características y tipos de contenido esenciales para una estrategia de marketing efectiva, destacando la importancia de crear contenido valioso, relevante y consistente para captar la atención del público y fomentar la fidelización. Se exploran diversos formatos de contenido, como infografías, videos y publicaciones en redes sociales, cada uno optimizado para distintos objetivos de marketing. Además, se enfatiza la aplicación práctica de estas estrategias, utilizando herramientas como Canva para el diseño gráfico, lo que permite a los estudiantes desarrollar competencias prácticas y el "Saber Hacer Complejo" necesario en su carrera profesional.
