ANALISIS MODEL PERHITUNGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui hasil produktivitas karyawan apabila diukur berdasarkan waktu real dan waktu standar, 2) mengetahui hasil produktivitas karyawan apabila diukur produktivitas nyata dan produktivitas standar, 3) mengetahui perbedaan hasil dari dua metode penghitungan produktivitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan. Penelitian ini menguji teknik penghitungan produktivitas karyawan. Ruang lingkupnya para karyawan di lingkungan perusahaan mebel di Jawa Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan mebel di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah 410 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel ditetapkan secara purposive yaitu pada 5 (lima) kota. Lima kota di Jawa Timur yang memiliki jumlah perusahaan terbanyak adalah Surabaya, Pasuruan, Sidoarjo, Malang dan Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa berdasarkan model penghitungan indeks produktivitas dimana penghitungan yang dilakukan adalah berdasarkan waktu real dan waktu standar, dan penghitungan yang dilakukan berdasarkan produktivitas dan produktivitas standar ternyata didapatakan hasil indeks produktivitas yang sama tidak didapatkan selisih dari hasil kedua model perhitungan produktivitas tersebut. Hasil akhir indeks produktivitas yang diperoleh menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan melalui kedua teknik penghitungan tersebut.
