This research was conducted with the aim of finding out: 1) Forms of Domestic Violence According to Law Number 23 of 2004. 2) Factors Causing Domestic Violence in Perina Village, Kec. Jonggat, Kab. Central Lombok. 3) Efforts to Prevent Crimes of Domestic Violence in Perina Village, District Jonggat, Kab. Central Lombok. The type of research used in this research is empirical normative legal research using legal, conceptual, case and sociological approaches. The results of this research show that. 1) Forms of Domestic Violence According to Law Number 23 of 2004 include: physical violence (Article 6 of the PKDRT Law), psychological violence (Article 7 of the PKDRT Law), sexual violence (Article 8 of the PKDRT Law), and neglect household (Article 9 of the PKDRT Law). 2) Factors that cause domestic violence in Perina Village, Kec. Jonggat, Kab. Central Lombok includes, among other things: economic factors, both people with lower middle and upper middle economic levels are not immune from domestic violence. Technological factors, the development of the times, make people have consumerist behavior which can cause arguments in household life. Social factors, the social environment in which a husband or wife lives greatly influences the nature of both of them. Educational factors, weak education obtained and weak faith in domestic life can create a disharmonious situation. 3) Efforts to Prevent Crimes of Domestic Violence in Perina Village, District. Jonggat, Kab. Central Lombok includes: Preventative and repressive prevention. The government's preventive measures are further regulated in Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, while the community can prevent the occurrence of domestic violence by increasing their religious education.
