The DeepSpot model, including weights and configuration, has been trained on data involving melanoma, colon cancer, kidney cancer, and kidney and lung cancer with TLS. Detailed instructions for loading the model and performing inference are available at the following repository: https://github.com/ratschlab/DeepSpot. The repository also includes a tutorial with an example to help to get started.
