Abstract

ABSTRACT It is intended to present a reflection on the place of memory in the reorganization of our worlds, individual and collective, based on concerns generated by experiences that occurred at the beginning of the 2020s. During the years 2022 and 2023, a period considered here as a transition, teachers, academic researchers and artists were listened to, who in some way work with memory. Being in the world means acting in this space within the scope of language and oral narratives emerge as a place for a perspective constructed by the affectation of the things that surround us. Therefore, the proposal is to verify which elements proved to be convergent in the video-recorded meetings to, then, characterize some of the memories that we are producing for the future, since the concept of memory in itself brings together not only the idea of a document, but also of imagination. The article is mainly anchored in contributions from Paul Ricoeur (2020). Keywords: memory; temporality; narrative; affection; imagination.
