Abstract

Преэклампсия касаллиги таъсирида тўқима ва аъзолардаги ўзгаришлар кам ўрганганлигидан, ушбу ишда преэклампсиядан нобуд бўлган аёллар лимфа тугунларида ривожланадиган патоморфологик ўзгаришларнинг ўзига хослигини аниқлаш мақсад қилиб олинди. Преэклампсияда лимфа тугунлар атрофида шиш кучайиб, синусоидлари кенгайиб, паренхимаси атрофияланади. Лимфа тугунлар паренхимасида морфофункционал майдонлар фарқ қилинмайди, стромаси коллапс, склероз ва ретикулезга учраб атрофияланади.
