Ética y Gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial en el Comercio Internacional: Un Enfoque Crítico

Abstract

El artículo tiene como propósito explorar, desde una perspectiva crítica e interdisciplinar, la gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial y su incidencia sobre el Comercio Internacional. Para lograr este cometido, la investigación se centra en tres aspectos fundamentales: 1. La revisión histórica de la Inteligencia Artificial, desde sus primeros intentos reales llevados a cabo en el siglo XIX, hasta el auge de la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, donde países como Estados Unidos, China y el Reino Unido se han posicionado como líderes en la inversión e investigación en esta área. 2. La gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial, cuyo principal objetivo es establecer un marco ético, normativo y regulatorio, que garantice el uso responsable de la Inteligencia Artificial, tomando en consideración que este es un campo en constante evolución. 3. Los impactos potenciales sobre el comercio internacional, haciendo énfasis en cómo las tecnologías avanzadas pueden agilizar y hacer más eficiente sus procesos, pero generando problemas éticos como la privacidad, la potencial pérdida de empleos y el desplazamiento de diversos sectores de la población. Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación cualitativa, de exploración documental. Se concluye en la necesidad de aportar un enfoque colaborativo que integre los sectores públicos y privados, de modo que el comercio internacional pueda ser guiado por políticas adaptativas, inclusivas, aprovechando al máximo las potencialidades de la Inteligencia Artificial, pero salvaguardando los intereses de los sectores vulnerables.
