
This article reviews the scientific literature on the formation of performance indicators of construction organizations. Differentiated and generalized indicators of efficiency are used to assess and determine the economic efficiency of construction production. The effectiveness of the use of some form of cost and resources is expressed in differentiated performance indicators: quantitative indicators, final indicators and social results. Scientific and practical suggestions for solving problems in the construction complex were developed.
