Hegemonía y sujeto: límites y desafíos del Pos-neoliberalismo en Latinoamérica

Abstract

El presente artículo se centra en una valoración crítica de la práctica pos-neoliberal en Latinoamérica, a partir de una concepción materialista de la hegemonía. El análisis se basa en una genealogía de las políticas desarrolladas, un estudio histórico lógico del contexto y una revisión hermenéutica de los conceptos utilizados en el análisis de la realidad estudiada. La discusión evidencia los límites de la práctica política centrada en las políticas públicas para alterar el marco de las relaciones productivas, institucionales y axiológicas que caracterizan el modelo neoliberal. Se analizan así los límites del diagnóstico crítico sobre el papel de los sujetos sociales en la producción de un nuevo marco subjetivo. Se concluye que la producción de una hegemonía alternativa es una tarea central en la superación de los límites del pos-neoliberalismo, hegemonía como régimen soberano de organización de la relación entre estado y sociedad civil, a partir de nuevas formas de subjetivación política.
