Abstract

This document outlines the University of Murcia - CoARA Action Plan (2023-2027) designed to implement the commitments of the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment in a structured and effective manner. The plan includes an introductory section contextualizing the national and international frameworks, offering an accessible explanation of key concepts and tools. This approach is specifically tailored to help members of the university community new to the subject gain a basic understanding while providing clarity and guidance for those already engaged in the research evaluation reform process. The document has been drafted by the University of Murcia - CoARA Working Group. The Governing Council of the University of Murcia approved this Action Plan on 18 December 2024.
