Abstract The following investigation seeks to think about a ruined house in Montenegro, RS, as a poetic immersion based on the concept of immersion from the author Emanuele Coccia who wants to show how layers of time and space overlap on the daily artistic process. From the peeling of the walls I look for possibilities to creating art in this changing space often considered useless and that hindered the development of urban. When inhabiting the house as an atelier, I propose changes and different experiences in this space approaching myself to Gaston Bachelard in his text “The Poetics of Space”. I conclude that the artistic operations that inhabit this space are those that try to escape marketing logics by placing the making of art in contact with the inventiveness of everyday life and life. Key-words: Poetic Immersion; Atelier; Inhabit; Quotidian.
