Reflorestamentos dissidentes: a vida enquanto transmutação

Abstract

Abstract This article is an excerpt from the master's research in progress, which is entitled “Dissident Reforestations: sowing paths for a decolonial ecology”, within the line of Poetics of Hybrid Processes. This work investigates possible (trans)mutations of bodies and space – as well as their relationships –, from critical perspectives geared towards ecology, decoloniality and intersectionality. In dialogue with the theoretical production of Greta Gaard, Geni Nuñez, Malcom Ferdinand and Castiel Vitorino Brasileiro, this artistic production acts as a “reforestation of the imaginary”, seeking to represent Life beyond the human life. The construction of this imaginary brings results with digital technologies, in order to raise questions that add to artistic resistances and artivisms, collaborating to the formulation of other futures that expand the acknowledgment of Life. Keywords: Ecology; Transmutation; Artificial.
