ЦЕЛЕПОЛАГАНИЕ КАК УСЛОВИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ПРИНЯТИЯ ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы эффективности принятия политических решений, их политико-философские и психологические составляющие. Приведены различные подходы к трактовке понятия эффективности политических решений. По результатам анализа данных подходов к проблематике определен наиболее значимый критерий эффективности принимаемых политических решений – степень реализованности национальных интересов. В контексте двухсоставного характера политических решений выделено условие достижения данного критерия – целеполагание. Изучены инструменты диагностики как фундамента процесса принятия политических решений.
