Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oliy talim muasssalarida xodimlarni ilmiy faoliyati jarayoniga keng jalb qilish, ularning zamonaviy axborot-kommunikasiya texnologiyalariga asoslangan dasturiy ishlanmalarini, pedagogik faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, ta’lim jarayonini tashkillashtirishda dolzarb aloqador ahamiyatga ega bo’lgan bilim va ko‘nikmalarini muntazam takomillashtirishga qaratilgan fikr-mulohazalar tahlil qilingan.
