Abstract

Description AF3.zip AlphaFold 3 predicted structures for monomeric and hexameric NRC helper and sensor sequences. GFF.zip Simplified GFF annotation of selected Asterales species used for gene-distance analysis. PAML.zip Codon-based nucleotide sequences, phylogenetic trees, and CodeML input and output files from PAML analysis. Files are divided between domain-based analysis and full-length analysis for each NRC subclade. trees.zip Phylogenetic trees generated and used in the analysis and making of the figures. sequences.zip Nucleotide sequences and amino acid alignments of Lactuca NRC helpers and sensors.
