TERGOV EKSPERIMENTINI O'TKAZISH TAKTIKASI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tergov eksperimentini o‘tkazishning kriminalistik taktikasi, uning o‘rni va ahamiyati haqida so‘z yuritiladi. Tergov eksperimentini tashkil etish va o‘tkazish usullari, asosiy qoidalari hamda ulardan samarali foydalanish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Tergov eksperimenti jinoyatlarni tergov qilish jarayonida muhim o‘rin tutadi. U voqealar rivojini aniqlash, dalillarni tekshirish va turli versiyalarni isbotlash maqsadida o‘tkaziladi. Mazkur protsessual harakat tergovchini voqea tafsilotlarini aniqlashga imkon beruvchi metodikaga asoslanadi. Tergov eksperimenti yuqori aniqlik va ehtiyotkorlikni talab qiladi. Uni o‘tkazish uchun maxsus taktika va usullar qo‘llanilib, jarayonning qonuniylik va ob’ektivlik tamoyillariga rioya qilinadi. Ushbu maqolada tergov eksperimentining taktik asoslari, uni amalga oshirishda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy qoidalar va usullar tahlil qilinadi.
