Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Mirzo Ulugʻbekning ilmiy va ijtimoiy faoliyati, astronomiya va matematika sohalaridagi ulkan hissasi hamda Samarqandda bunyod etgan ilmiy markazlarining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maqola, shuningdek, Ulugʻbekning ilmiy merosi va uning Yevropa va Sharqdagi ilmiy rivojlanishdagi oʻrni haqida ham soʻz yuritadi. Ushbu tadqiqotda Ulugʻbekning oʻz davrida yaratgan asarlari va ulardan kelajak avlodlarga koʻrsatgan ta’siri xususida fikr yuritiladi.
