Public Access Submission System

Abstract

Software to support simultaneous submission of articles to funder repositories (starting with PubMedCentral) and institutional repository, thereby supporting both funding agency public access and institutional open access policies. PASS is a component in overall digital infrastructure that involves the library in existing researcher workflows.
