Análisis de las dinámicas de lectura en los docentes del Perú

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo principal de la investigación fue analizar las prácticas de lectura de los docentes de secundaria en una institución educativa pública en Huaral durante el año 2023. El estudio se desarrolló siguiendo un enfoque cualitativo y un diseño fenomenológico, utilizando una metodología básica. Se contó con la participación de siete docentes, a quienes se les entrevistó utilizando una guía específica como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados revelaron un análisis detallado de las prácticas de lectura, incluyendo estrategias como el empleo de organizadores visuales, análisis textual, elaboración de cuadros explicativos, sesiones de lectura, y la utilización de fichas o entrevistas para recopilar evidencias. En cuanto al acompañamiento docente, los participantes destacaron la importancia de momentos de retroalimentación, orientación, explicación de textos y supervisión. En relación a las herramientas didácticas, se mencionaron el uso de medios audiovisuales, organizadores gráficos, discusiones grupales, procesamiento de información y elaboración de resúmenes. Se llegó a la conclusión de que las prácticas de lectura involucran una variedad de actividades, como ejercicios físicos, diferentes enfoques de lectura, análisis e interpretación de textos, así como actividades de escritura, juegos educativos y enfoques interdisciplinarios.

ABSTRACT The main objective of the research was to analyze the reading practices of secondary school teachers in a public educational institution in Huaral during the year 2023. The study was developed following a qualitative approach and a phenomenological design, using a basic methodology. There was the participation of seven teachers, who were interviewed using a specific guide as a data collection instrument. The results revealed a detailed analysis of reading practices, including strategies such as the use of visual organizers, textual analysis, preparation of explanatory tables, reading sessions, and the use of index cards or interviews to collect evidence. Regarding teaching support, the participants highlighted the importance of moments of feedback, orientation, explanation of texts and supervision. In relation to teaching tools, the use of audiovisual media, graphic organizers, group discussions, information processing and preparation of summaries were mentioned. It was concluded that reading practices involve a variety of activities, such as physical exercises, different reading approaches, analysis and interpretation of texts, as well as writing activities, educational games and interdisciplinary approaches.
