
These documents describe the standard operating procedures used in the AMP SCZ program to acquire Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data for ~2,500 participants at two time points – first at baseline and second at two months after study entry. This includes three pdf documents outlining general MRI acquisition and acquisition specific to two different scanner types used in the AMP SCZ project (Philips and Siemens). In addition, five zip files containing the details of the protocols for the Prisma, Skyra, Vida, MR750, and Achieva scanners have been provided for import.
