Information measurement technical systems (IMTS) and their software play a critical role in advancing technological and industrial development in Uzbekistan. These systems are integral to various sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare, enabling precise data collection, analysis, and decision-making processes. This paper examines the current state of IMTS in Uzbekistan, focusing on their design, implementation, and integration with modern software solutions. Particular attention is given to the role of digital transformation and government initiatives aimed at modernizing measurement technologies to align with international standards. Challenges such as insufficient local expertise, limited infrastructure, and the need for better software localization are also discussed. The paper further highlights case studies of successful implementation in Uzbekistan and provides recommendations for fostering innovation and improving the efficiency of IMTS through enhanced software development and strategic investment.
