Abstract

The presentation titled “The role of digital leadership in Organization 5.0” addresses the role of digital leadership in the framework of Organization 5.0, emphasizing sustainable, resilient, and human-centered approaches to digitalization. It highlights how digital leaders can drive ecological responsibility, strengthen organizational resilience, and prioritize employee well-being through modern technologies and leadership strategies. The learning unit is structured into six main sections and begins by exploring the shift of digitalization and the current state of digital leadership. Followed by an introduction to the concept of Organization 5.0 and its key action fields, such as green, resilient, and human-centered digitalization, and concludes with a summarizing reflection phase, encouraging learners to apply their insights and consider future scenarios for digital leadership.
