With the aim of improving metadata generation of the existing ADED portal and improving FAIRness by adding machine-readable metadata and signposting, a team from the Museum of Cultural History at the University of Oslo put forward the incorporation of automated RO-Crate generation and signposting as a work package in a funding application for the further development of DataverseNO. "Awareness of the importance of metadata, and a system making the advantages visible, facilitates the collection of structured metadata during data production throughout the organisation.
