FastBiot_QS_GPU3D_v1 is a software suite that models quasi-static Biot's poroelastic equations using graphical processing units (GPUs). The codes can calculate seismic attenuation and stiffness modulus dispersion resulting from fluid pressure diffusion. Note that the script for fracture generation only delivers the correct 3D array of fractures and other functions should not be used. Written by Yury AlkhimenkovMassachusetts Institute of Technology23 September 2024 The scripts are developed to run the CUDA C routines and visualize the results. Additional routines used:Räss, L., Licul, A., Herman, F., Podladchikov, Y. Y., & Suckale, J. (2020). Modelling thermomechanical ice deformation using an implicit pseudo-transient method (FastICE v1. 0) based on graphical processing units (GPUs). Geoscientific Model Development, 13(3), 955-976.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
