Abstract

This article analyzes the reforms in the judicial system of Uzbekistan and the process of digitizing the legal framework. It provides insights into the measures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the judiciary, ensuring transparency, and protecting citizens' rights. The discussion highlights the implementation of digital technologies, including electronic court documents, remote court hearings, and online services. These changes are focused on improving the legal environment in Uzbekistan and making judicial services more accessible to citizens
