Dataset of DNA reads used in the paper: Grass, R. N., Heckel, R., Puddu, M., Paunescu, D., & Stark, W. J. Robust chemical preservation of digital information on DNA in silica with error-correcting codes. Angewandte Chemie International Edition, 54, 8, 2552–2555 (2015). The dataset was published with the kind permission of Prof. Robert Grass. The reads of this dataset can be found in the file grass_reads.fastq. A binned version of this dataset can be found in the file Grass.txt.
