Multimodal integration of blood RNA and ctDNA reflects response to immunotherapy in metastatic urothelial cancer

Abstract

Repository of data set for high-throughput RNA sequencing of whole blood samples of metastatic urothelial cancer patients treated with immunotherapy. The samples have been collected in the context of a clinical study, where biomarkers associated with clinical benefit to immunotherapy were investigated. The sequencing data have been used to produce the results presented in the study. Please refer to the study publication material and methods for details. Note that the table includes raw counts gene expression data of the samples of 79 patients showed in the study with matched baseline and on-treatment timepoints (figure S1). Additional 9 patients with baseline or on-treatment only samples are also included. 6 samples are instead to be excluded (technical repetitions). The details are shared separately in the metadata table.

Keywords
