The mechanisms for combating crime in Uzbekistan, including the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, as well as the legal mechanisms, are analyzed. The article also discusses issues related to crime prevention, the prevention of offenses, as well as measures aimed at enhancing international cooperation and ensuring public safety. The article presents the development dynamics of crime in Uzbekistan, the effectiveness of the crime-fighting system, and measures to reduce the number of crimes. It emphasizes the need to improve the environment, analyze economic and social conditions, increase legal literacy, and strengthen international cooperation to reduce crime.
