Elastic electron scattering cross sections of Trichlorofluoromethane (CCl3F) in the energy range 30 eV to 800 eV: Differential (DCS), Total Elastic (TECS), Momentum Transfer (MTCS) and Total Cross Sections (TCS)

Abstract

Cross section datasets on the elastic electron scattering of Trichlorofluoromethane (CCl3F) to be published in Phys. Rev. A (2025) The experimental elastic differential cross sections (DCS) are given in the energy range 30-800 eV in the angular range 20°-150°. The total elastic (TECS), momentum transfer (MTCS) and total cross sections (TCS) derived from the experimental DCS are given for energies 30-800 eV. The reference N2 DCS data is given for the angular range 10°-150° and energy range 30eV-1000eV. Additional information can be found in the README.txt or the publication. New Version (v2): updated README
