This repository contains the simulations data used in our manuscript, titled "Modelling Earthquake-Induced Seiche Process and Subsequent Homogenite Deposits in Lacustrine Setting," authored by Muhammad Naveed Zafar, Pierre Sabatier, Denys Dutykh, Hervé Jomard, William Rapuc, Patrick Lajeunesse, and Emmanuel Chapron. README: Folders EQ_induced_tsunami: Data related to simulations of earthquake-induced tsunami. EQ_Landside_induced_tsunami: Data for simulations involving both earthquake and landslide-induced tsunamis. Landslide_induced_tsunami: Data for only landslide-induced tsunami simulations. Mass Movement Model: Data for mass movement simulations Seismic_waves_output: Output data related to seismic wave propagation. Coseismic_fault_output: Output data for coseismic fault displacement. Contents _output directory: Contains output data files generated by the simulations. Makefile: Script to automate the compilation and execution of the models. setplot.py: Python script for setting up the plot configurations. Installation To use the data and run the models, you need to install Clawpack, Installation instructions can be found here: Clawpack Installation Guide Running the Models After installing Clawpack, you can generate plots by navigating to any of the model directories (EQ_induced_tsunami, EQ_Landside_induced_tsunami, Landslide_induced_tsunami, Mass Movement Model) and running the following command: make plots This command will compile and execute the models, and the plots will be saved in the same directory. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
