Abstract

The establishment (1975) and activities of the Lepidopterological Section (SELEP) of the Polish Entomological Society in the years from its establishment in 1975 to the end of 2023 are presented. Listed in chronological order are successive chairmen of the Lepidopterological Section, places where successive meetings of members were held. The main objectives of the section’s activities and the main achievements of its members are presented.
