INTERNATIONAL LAW AND ITS ROLE IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION, PEACE AND STABILITY

Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of international law, the political role of international law in ensuring global stability, and the relationship between international and national law. In addition, the article analyzes the main principles of international law in maintaining peace, international legal mechanisms for ensuring peace and security, the activities of international organizations in this field, today's international conflicts and their causes.
