O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo sobre melhorias de acessibilidade em uma área da cidade de São Paulo que sofre alagamentos, assim causando impacto na mobilidade urbana da população da região. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada no bairro do Morumbi na zona sul da cidade de São Paulo/SP, mais precisamente ao redor do estádio do Morumbi. A metodología aplicada a este estudo consiste em pesquisa bibliográfica para levantamento de informações. Os resultados mostram que a falta de investimento da prefeitura mesmo que em parceria com alguma empresa futura (parceria público-privada) na região do Morumbi, requer muito investimento e um bom estudo da região para construção dos piscinões em questão. Conclui-se que um piscinão seria a principal forma de prevenir alagamentos no local e que demais obras para ampliação e alteração do córrego atual responsável por capitar a agua da chuva também se faz necessário e importante.

The present work aims to present a study on accessibility improvements in an area of the city of São Paulo that suffers floods, thus impacting the urban mobility of the population of the region. Field research was carried out in the neighborhood of Morumbi in the southern area of the city of São Paulo / SP, more precisely around the Morumbi stadium. The methodology applied to this study consists of a bibliographical research to collect information. The results show that the city's lack of investment, even in partnership with some future company (public-private partnership) in the Morumbi region, requires a lot of money and a good study of the region for the construction of the swimming pools in question. It is concluded that a swimming pool would be the main way to prevent flooding in the area and that other works to increase and change the current stream responsible for capturing rainwater is also necessary and important.
