O IMPACTO DO MARKETING DIGITAL NO COMPORTAMENTO DO CONSUMIDOR

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o impacto do marketing digital no comportamento do consumidor, explorando como a internet e as redes sociais transformaram a maneira como as empresas se relacionam com seus clientes. A partir de uma revisão teórica, fundamentada em autores como Kotler, Gabriel e Forbes, discutiu-se a evolução do marketing, desde o tradicional até o digital, destacando as principais mudanças trazidas pela era digital. O marketing digital, ao complementar as estratégias tradicionais, oferece ferramentas mais personalizadas e interativas, que facilitam o engajamento e a fidelização dos consumidores. Com o surgimento das plataformas digitais e o crescimento exponencial do uso de smartphones e redes sociais, o consumidor moderno passou a ser mais informado, exigente e proativo, influenciando diretamente as estratégias de comunicação e vendas das empresas. Conclui-se que o marketing digital tem um papel central na construção de experiências de compra mais relevantes e que essa influência tende a se intensificar com o avanço tecnológico.
